When I set up my account on line I was asked for a user name and an email, so my tickets are attached to my user name and password. This worthless app requires you to enter the email that you purchased your tickets on not the user name, making it worthless if you purchased tickets with a user name."

"Can't log into the app using the account I already have with the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. I put in the username and password and it tells me I have to use an email address...so I put in the email address that goes with my account and it tells me it's not a valid email. My tickets, parking passes, etc. are all associated with the account I have with the speedway. If I can't log into the app using that account, what good it is? (Answer: NONE AT ALL!) I can't believe the "Official App" that the pages IN MY ACCOUNT are telling me to download won't let me log in with the account I already have. It's crazy! You really need to fix this, devs. Hopefully before the next race so I can get updates about the safety precautions the track is using for us lucky 25% who get to see the race in person this year."
